独活、羌活参与铜振荡体系的动力学行为

摘要 采用铜振荡体系Cu2+-SCN--H2O2-OH-,测定了不同浓度,不同温度下体系的振荡行为,由此计算出体系的表观活化能和反应级数,得出关系式1/tin∝c00.4152(KSCN).c0-0.4529(NaOH).c01.4592(H2O2).c0-0.997(CuSO4),Ein=51.9kJ/mol;1/tp,1∝c02.6129(KSCN).c0-0.7618(NaOH).c00.9150(H2O2).c01.4041(CuSO4),Ep,1=38.9kJ/mol;1/tp,2∝c01.5078(KSCN).c0-0.6663(NaOH).c01.3902(H2O2).c01.3171(CuSO4),Ep,2=49.5kJ/mol。并观察到在稳定的铜振荡体系中加入微量的草药独活和羌活能引起体系参数的改变,且其改变值与加入的草药的浓度之间有定量的线性关系。 The behaviors of copper oscillation system Cu^2+ -SCN^--H2O2-OH^- were studied by examining different reactants concentration, changing different temperature oscillations of the system. The results are achieved which are apparent activation energy and dynamics relationships, that is- 1/tin ∝ C0^0. 4152 ( KSCN)· C0^ - 0.4519 (NaOH) · C0^ 1.4592 ( H2O2 )· C0 ^- 0.997 ( CuSO4 ), Ein = 5 1.9 KJ /mol; 1 / tp,∝C0^2.6129 ( KSCN)· C0^ - 0. 7618 ( aOH)· C0^0.9150 ( H2O2 ) · C0^1.4041 (CuSO4), Ep,1 = 38.9KJ/mol; 1/tp,2∝C0^1.5078 (KSCN)·C0^-0.6663 (NaOH)· C0^1.3902 (H2O2) · C0^1.3171 (CuSO4) ,Ep,2 = 49.5KJ/mol.And in a stable oscillation system by adding trace of Doubleteeth Pubescent Angelica Root and Rhizoma Seu Radix Notopterygiican the system parameters were caused to change, and the change value of herbs and the concentration of herbal medicine has a certain linear relationship.
