摘要
目的用毛细管气相色谱法建立测定小儿咽扁颗粒中冰片含量的方法。方法采用SUPELCOWAXTM-10毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm),FID检测器,柱温140℃,以水杨酸甲酯为内标,按内标法计算冰片的含量。结果冰片在12.8μg^252μg(r=0.9997)范围内有较好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.6%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary GC method for the determinatione of borneol in Xiaoeryanbian granule.METHODS The capillary column was used SUPELCOWAXTM-10（30m×0.53mm,1.0μm）,and the detector was FID.The column temperature was 140℃,and methylsalicylate was selected as internal standard.The assay of borneol was calculated by internal standard method.RESULTS Under this condition,the linearity relationship of borneol in the concentration range of 12.8μg～252μg was good（r=0.9997）.The average recovery was 98.4% with RSD of 0.6 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, rapid and accurate.
