摘要 本文介绍了一种新的铝电解槽焙烧启动方法--火焰-铝液焙烧方法,该方法首先使用气体燃烧器提供的热量焙烧电解槽,将槽温升到700℃以上后,再灌入铝液通全电流焙烧,将槽温升到950℃左右进行启动。该方法在重庆天泰铝业168 kA的新型阴极结构的预焙阳极电解槽上进行了成功试验与应用,结果表明该方法不仅操作简单、升温平稳、焙烧时间短,而且使能耗大大降低,是一种很有优势的电解槽焙烧方法。 Flame -Aluminum preheat (FAP) method for aluminum cell is presented in this paper. It included two steps. In the first one the aluminum cell is preheated to 700 ℃ by flame from gas burner, and in the last one liquid aluminum are poured into the cell, and the cell is preheated to 950 ℃ by electrical heat . FAP method is applied successfully for three novel cathode cells in Tiantai Aluminum Smelter. And the test shows that FAP method is simple, safe and reliable. Because of short preheating time and low energy consumption, it is a great advantage of the cell preheating method.
