摘要
应用SWOT(Strengths、Weaknesses、Opportunities、Threats)战略矩阵分析法,对中国石油钻探工程技术企业的外部环境和内部条件进行了分析,确立了质量驱动战略应以S0(优势机会)战略为主导,在此基础上,提出了质量驱动战略的设计方案和保证措施。
The method of SWOT strategy matrix is applied to the analysis of internal condition and external environment of drilling engineering technology enterprises in China Petroleum Corporation. It is confirmed that quality drive strategy should take strengths and opportunity （SO） as the leading part. Based on this, design program and assurance measures of quality drive strategy have been presented.
