摘要
高校资产公司经营和管理学校所投资的经营性资产,促进高校科技成果转化和产业化,担负着学校资产保值增值的作用,成为提高学校竞争力的又一重要保障。高校资产公司因其建立理论与一般国有独资企业有所不同,文中运用比较的方法,从产权等角度找出了其中的不同之处,并就其未来发展提出了一些方向。
The asset companies operate the state-owned assets which invested by the university. They are benefit to facilitate technology transfer, nurture New Technology-based Finns and were charged with the task of the value preservation and increment. The asset company become an important safeguard which enhancing the competitive ability of university. But due to the theorize,it was different from the state owned proprietorship. Therefore the dissertation use comparative measurement to discover some dissimilarity, and bring forward the orientation benefit to the development of the university.
