根据当前我国高校工商管理专业需求旺盛与实际就业不尽如人意的分析下,剖析了供给与需求矛盾的原因,在此基础上探讨提升工商管理专业学生就业竞争力并提供了一些建议与对策。
According to the thriving demand and the actual employment which is unsatisfactory in Business Administration of the current college,it analyzes the causes of conflicts in the supply and demand.Then it provides some suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of student in employment.
