摘要
类血管生长因子4(ANGPTL4)是最新发现的与血管生成、脂类代谢、葡萄糖代谢、肿瘤及代谢性疾病相关的分泌性蛋白质因子。本文从ANGPTL4基因的基本结构、基因表达调控、基因功能及其与肿瘤及代谢性疾病的关系等四个方面对其研究进展进行了综述,并对ANGPTL4蛋白应用于治疗肥胖症、高甘油三酯血症以及各种血管病的前景做了展望。
ANGPTL 4, a member of the angiopoietin-related protein family, which was found recently and related with angiogenesis, lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism, cancer and metabolic diseases. Research progress of basic structure, regulation of gene expression, main function and relationship with cancer and metabolic diseases for ANGPTL 4 gene were summarized in this paper and prospect of treating blood disease, obesity, hyperlipidaemia for ANGPTL 4 protein were forecasted.
