摘要
在女性领导日益增多的时代背景下,性别正作为一个重要因素进入领导研究领域。虽然性别刻板印象对于女性领导既有负面作用,也有其有利的方面,但是通过剖析性别刻板印象是如何渗透到女性领导发展的各个环节,"生理性别——性别气质——性别角色——社会地位"这条关系链反映出性别刻板印象实际上制约和限制了女性领导发展,不利于和谐社会的构建。本文试图从思想、观念、组织和制度层面上对淡化性别刻板印象,构建先进的社会性别文化,消除女性发展中的障碍,提出对策建议。
With the rise in women leaders, gender is becoming an important factor in the study of leadership. Although the gender stereotypes about women leaders are of both the negative and beneficial effects, through the analysis of how gender stereotypes infiltrate women leaders' development in all aspects, the chain "sex - sex temperament - gender roles - social status" in fact reflects the constraints and limits the development of women leaders. That is also not conducive to building a harmonious society. This article attempts to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to mitigate gender stereotypes, build an advanced gender culture, and eliminate obstacles to women leaders' development on ideas, concepts, organizations and systems.
