摘要
目的：总结吕氏手法整复儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床体会。方法：收集43例病例，采用吕氏手法整复治疗，标准四块小夹板结合中立位板固定患者。结果：全部病例随访5-20月，优38例，良5例，总优良率100％。结论：采用吕氏手法治疗在小儿尺桡骨双骨折能获得满意疗效。
Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of Lvshi method in treating fracture of foot radius bone. Methods： Collecting 43 cases of children with this disease and treating them with Lvshi method： standard 4 - splintlets in combination with meil - plate fixation. Results： In the follow- up 520 months, 38 cases got excellent recovery and 5 got good recovery. Conclusion： It is effective to treat fracture of foot radius bone by Lvshi method.
