全球气候变暖已成为世界各国人们和政府关注的热点,它影响到人类生存环境并制约经济持续增长。因此,改变能源结构,发展低碳经济已成为迫切任务。低碳经济是相对于高碳经济而言的,它是低消耗、低排放、低污染可持续发展的一种经济发展模式。当前低碳经济发展面临许多问题,必须以科学发展观为指导,采取有效对策措施,确保低碳经济持续发展,实现人类的文明进步。
The global warming has become the world people and the government was concerned about the hot spots, which affect the deterioration of the environment for human survival and sustained economic growth constraints. Therefore, changing energy structure, the development of low -car- bon economy has become an urgent task. Compared to high - carbon economy, low - carbon economy is low consumption, low emissions, low pollution and a sustainable development model of economic development. The development of low - carbon economy is also facing many problems, must be guided by the concept of scientific development, and take effective measures to ensure the sustainable development of low - carbon economy, the realization of mankind＇s civilization and progress and social harmony.
