摘要
本文利用panel data模型对我国31个省市自治区的R&D投入与经济发展关系进行了实证研究,结果显示我国区域R&D投入存在着明显的差异,同时其R&D投入与经济发展存在倒"U"型关系,即中等投入地区的R&D投入对经济增长的贡献最大,高投入地区R&D投入的贡献次之,低投入地区R&D投入几乎没有贡献,并在此基础上提出了相关的政策建议。
The paper empirically research the relationship of Chinese regional R＆D expenditure and regional economical development based on panel data model and the provincial data during 2000 -2006＇s. The result indicated that different regional R＆D expenditure is very different, occasionally there are the inverse ＂U＂ relationship between the regional R＆D expenditure and regional economy. The effect of R＆D is prima in the secondary R＆D expenditure regions, the effect is secondary in the maximum R＆D regions and the effect is very little in the small regions. So the paper has some advices about the policy.
