原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤的影像学表现

摘要 目的报道9例原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤的影像学表现,提高影像医师对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析经过病理确诊的原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤9例共14个病灶的临床特点及影像学资料。结果9例患者全部行术前乳腺钼靶X线检查,7例表现为单侧乳房单个肿块,1例表现为单侧乳房多个肿块,1例表现为单侧乳腺均匀致密伴皮肤增厚,未见明显肿物,所有病灶均未见分叶、毛刺、泥沙样钙化、乳头凹陷等典型乳腺癌影像学表现。结论原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床及影像学表现缺乏特点。如果临床上考虑乳腺恶性肿瘤,而乳腺钼靶X线片上缺乏泥沙样钙化、分叶、毛刺等乳腺癌特征性表现,原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤应在鉴别诊断之列。
