摘要
介绍一种多点浇口注射模,在分析传统三板模和拉环式自动脱料三板模的某些缺陷情况下,着重介绍借助刚性顺序分型机构实现浇注系统凝料的自动脱模,从而提高模具操作的安全性和生产效率,有利于实现自动化生产。
The structure of an injection mould with several pin gates was presented. Some defects in conventional 3-plate moulds and pulling-ring type 3-plate moulds with automatic demolding mechanism were analyzed. In particular, a rigid parting-out in sequence mechanism for the automatic stripping of curing plastics from feeding system was stated. The application can improve the reliability and production efficiency.
