摘要
通过对注射器筒的工艺分析,设计了1模2腔注射模,在模具中设计了液压侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和其他结构,解决了注射器筒外螺纹和侧孔成型以及侧抽芯与塑件脱离型腔顺序问题,介绍了模具工作过程。在实际应用中模具动作平稳可靠,生产的塑件符合设计和使用要求。
A two-cavity injection mould for an injection syringe tube was designed based on analysis of the forming process of the tube. The mould has a hydraulic mechanism for side core-pulling, which helps shape the external thread and lateral hole of the tube and guarantees the side core-pulling and stripping of the plastic part from cavity in sequence. The operation process of the mould was stated.
