摘要
针对当前高层建筑火灾形势,分析了消防部队扑救高层建筑火灾面临的困难,结合正反两方面案例和消防工作实践,从完善建筑消防设施早期预警、自动灭火、防火分隔、引导疏散、辅助内攻五大功能入手,创新提出了以提升单位建筑消防设施管理水平和建筑消防设施完好率为主要目标的建筑消防设施标准化、标识化、规范化"三化"管理模式,为破解高层建筑火灾扑救这一世界性消防难题提供了新的思路。
Based on the analysis of fire statistics and the fire fighting difficulties of high - rise buildings, this paper suggests a creative fire management mode in terms of establishing early alert system, automatic fire extinguishing, fire - proof separating, the evacuation of residents, and internal fighting assistance, and provides a helpful way to put out a high -rise building fires.
