摘要
目的:了解脑卒中患者留置胃管期间脱管的危险因素,为采取有效的护理措施提供依据。方法:对18例住院期间发生留置胃管脱管的脑卒中患者进行心理状况、意识状况、肢体活动、营养状况等方面的评定。结果:住院脑卒中患者留置胃管期间因采取了有效措施,避免了脱管的发生。结论:加强对脑血管病的防治,重视对脱管危险因素的评估,妥善固定胃管,加强巡视,有助于预防脱管的发生。
Objective： Analysis the risk factors of the stomach tube failing off on stroke patients, and provide the base for effective nursing measures. Methods： The assessments of mentalities, consciousness, the body activities, nutrition status were made in 18 stroke cases whose stomach tube had fallen off during hospitalization. Results： Effective measures could avoid stomach tube failing off. Conclusion： The measures which are benefit for avoiding the occurrence of the stomach tube falling off are strengthening the prevention and treatment of cerebral vascular diseases, paying attention to assessment of the risk factors of stomach tube falling off, fixing the stomach tube better, emphasizing bedside rounds.
