CO_2倍增环境生长的小麦幼苗对盐胁迫的生理反应 被引量:12

摘要 研究了CO2倍增/盐胁迫对不同抗盐性冬小麦幼苗有机干重,K+、Na+、Ca、Mg含量,脯氨酸水平及蛋白质变化的效应。表明两种小麦生长在150mmol/LNaCl下,其有机干重,K+、Ca、Mg含量下降,而Na+明显升高;CO2倍增可增加小麦有机干重,使一价阳离子K+、Na+含量升高,二价阳离子Ca、Mg呈下降趋势,同时有利于游离脯氨酸的积累,并为植物进行渗透调节提供大量的碳源。150mmol/LNaCl可降低普通小麦蛋白质含量,CO2倍增具提高蛋白质含量的效应,而CO2倍增/NaCl胁迫对抗盐小麦蛋白变化影响不明显,但CO2倍增/NaCl胁迫明显改变了两种小麦蛋白质的组成。指出CO2倍增可提高小麦的耐盐能力,减轻盐胁迫的毒害效应,提高作物产量。 The effect of doubled CO_2/salt stress on the organic dry weight,contents of K^+ Na^+ Ca Mg,proling level and the changes of content and composition of protein were investigated in two wheat varieties with different salt tolerance.The organic dry weight and K^+、Ca、Mgcontents in two wheat seedlings grown in 150mmol/L NaCl decreased comparing with the controls while Na^+ level increased.Under doubled CO_2,the organic dry weigt and K^+、Na^+levels rose,but Ca、Mg levels fell.Moreover,doubled CO_2 concentration was able to enhance proline accumulation and provide carbon source for osmoregulation.The protein content of saltsensitive wheat was decreased by 150mmol/L NaCl and elevated by doubled CO_2.CO_2/salt had little or no effect on the change of protein in salttolerance wheat,while the composition of protein in two wheat varieties were significantly changed by doubled CO_2/salt stress.Data suggest that elevated CO_2 conentration might increase the capacity of salt tolerance and production in wheat.
