摘要
两个生长速率模型G=δ(I-C)和G=δ(lnI-C)被广泛应用于对昆虫和其它动物的个体生长发育的模拟。在完成叶色草蛉幼虫个体发育实验的基础上,利用上述两个生长模型对其个体生长过程进行拟合,发现有些拟合相关性不显著,且参数值不符合其生物学意义。故提出:①在一定的环境条件下,当食饵充分满足时,昆虫(或其某一发育阶段)生长存在最大生长速率(Go);②考虑昆虫对摄入食物的利用效率(B),昆虫的生长率(G)与其摄食率(I)有关系:G=Go[1-e-B(I-C)]其中:Go是最大生长率;B是食物利用系数,表现为虫体对食物的消化、分解及有用成分的吸收的效率和虫体对吸收成分的合成、转化等的效率;C是虫体的摄食率阈值。
Two growth rate models,G=δ(I-C) and G=δ(lnI-C) have been utilized widely for modeling the development stage of insects and other animals.Based on the study of the individual development of Chrysopa phyllochroma larvae (feeding on Aphis gossypii Glover),we found that in many circumstances,these two growth rate models produced insignificant condition and offered parameters were lack of biological meaning.This paper indicated that:① under the special circumstances,when prey is sufficient,each insect species (or each of its development periods) has its maximum growth rate (G o);② considering the utilizing efficiency of prey,the individual growth rate (G) is a function of the feeding rate (I):G=G o 1-e-B(I-C) where,Go=the maximum growth rate;B=the utilizing efficiency of the prey,representing the insect's efficiency of digesting,breaking down and absorbing the useful materials,and efficiency of transforming the absorbed materials;C=the threshold of feeding rate.
