摘要
结合工程测试的实际需求,介绍了基于PXI总线组建64通道瞬态数采系统的设计方法,并探讨了由64通道系统扩展到128通道系统的实现方案;重点阐述了多块多功能数据采集卡的同步解决方案;并介绍了利用NI提供的DAQmx工具在LABVIEW8.5环境下设计瞬态数据采集软件的具体技术;文中从测试系统架构到测试系统应用软件设计完整地论述了基于PXI总线的多通道瞬态数采系统的实现技术,可解决大部分PXI总线数采系统的工程设计问题,对工程测试领域的读者具有一定的参考价值。
To cope with the practical needs of engineering test, the design of 64-channel transient test system based on PXI bus is introduced. And the system extension implementation program from 64-channel to 128-channel is also examined. The synchronization solution of many multi-function data acquisition cards is emphasized. And concrete design of the transient data acquisition software with the use of NI DAQmx tool in LABVIEW8.5 is also introduced in detail. From the test system architecture design to the application software design, the realization techniques of multi- channel transient data acquisition system based on PXI bus are discussed completely. It will resolve engineering design problems of the majority of PXI bus data acquisition system. It will give some reference value to the field of engineering test readers.
