摘要
近些年来,随着我国民用航空事业的快速发展,新安装的雷达设备由于集成度高,都具有较为完善的本地与远程监控功能,而早期购置的雷达设备组成较为简单,集成度不高,没有具备完善的监视与控制功能;因此,为了保障雷达设备的安全运行和故障的及时发现排除,自主研制一套完善的监视与控制系统并实现远程监控,进一步加强对设备的保障能力已成为迫切的要求;文中在分析了ALENIA SIR-M型二次雷达控制面板的系统功能与技术要求的基础上,通过采用Atmel公司的AVR系列单片机,成功设计并研制了一个功能完善的本地面板计算机控制系统,实现了对ALENIA SIR-M型二次雷达的计算机本地与远程监控,并对该系统进行了一系列的现场测试,现已投入使用;该面板计算机控制系统最大的特点是高效、稳定、可靠以及容易操作,具有友好的人机界面,可实时远距离显示雷达设备的运行状态,达到故障的及时发现排除的目的。
In the past years, as the fast development of civil aviation in china, the radar set up recently has perfect local and remote surveillance & control functions because of high integration density, but the radar set up early doesn't have such perfect functions due to its simple structure and low integration density. Therefore, in order to make sure the radar equipment works normally and the fault could he found and solved promptly, developing a set of perfect local and remote surveillance & control system to strengthen the guarantee ability for the radar equipment has been an urgent demand. Based on the analysis of the control panel's systemic function and technical demand of ALENIA SIR- M radar, a fully functioning local panel-computer control system has been developed successfully by using AVR series SCM of Atmel company in this thesis, and the ALENIA SIR-M second surveillance radar can be monitored & controled at local and monitored at remote reliably though such a control system, which has been tested and put into service. The panel-computer control system has the following characteristics: efficient, stable, reliable, easy operating, providing friendly human-computer interface, displaying the radar's real-time running status over long distances, so the fault could be found and solved promptly.
