摘要
鉴于中央空调定流量水系统存在能源浪费的缺点,提出了基于变频器和工控机的变流量水系统节能运行控制方案;基于系统的大延迟和大惯性,提出了神经网络与预测控制相结合控制策略,克服了单纯PID控制对大迟延、大惯性对象调节品质差、抗干扰能力弱的缺点;采用组态软件LabVIEW编写了控制程序;系统的实际运行情况表明,该控制系统具有节能效果良好、稳定性高、维护方便等优点,值得推广。
The invariable water flow rate hydraulic system of central air-conditioning has a big disadvantage such as energy waste. Due to this, an improvement design scheme, which uses industrial computer and transducer to execute the variable water flow rate hydraulic system energy saving controlling for this project, is made out. Owing to the large Pure-time Delay and large inertia in the system, a control policy, which unifies the neural network and the predictive control, is applied in the control system. The disadvantages of pure PID for objects with large time delay and large inertia, i. e. poor control quality, weak capability of anti-interference are overcome by this control policy. The control program is made with LabVIEW software. The system has run for five month, according to the practical running situations, it has some advantages such as high stability, good/naintainabillty, good energy saving, and so on. It is worth to be generalized.
