摘要
提出了一种基于灰色广义预测的自动控制技术,并将该技术应用到工业锅炉的控制中;采用具有比例积分结构的广义预测控制和灰色广义预测控制分别对锅炉的汽包水位、燃烧系统进行有效地控制,并对系统的性能进行定量定性分析;仿真结果验证了本方法具有鲁棒性好、跟踪快速和抑制干扰能力强等特点;应用先进控制算法对工业锅炉进行控制,获得了优良调节品质、提高了燃烧效率、实现了节约能源,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
It proposed an automation control technology based on grey generalized prediction, and employs the proposed technology to the application of industrial boilers. Generalized predictive control with proportion and integration structure method and grey generalized predictive control method are used to control the water level and combustion system. The performance of this new control system is analyzed and the simulation results show that this new control method has better robustness, quick tracking and good resistant disturbances. So based on these advanced control methods, the industrial boiler control system introduced in this paper can get good regulation quality, enhance combustion efficiency and realize energy saving, which has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit.
