摘要 为了简易、快速、高精度地测量不良导体的导热系数,在改进传统稳态测量方法的基础上开发了一套基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言的虚拟测量系统,利用PC机强大的数据处理能力和LabVIEW软件快捷的编程方法对采集到的数据进行实时处理,并在PC机上直观地显示处理结果,极大地简化了测量设备的硬件和所需的操作步骤,由此降低了测量成本并提高了测量设备的自动化的程度;将此系统应用于某实验材料导热系数的测量,达到了比传统测量仪器更高的精度和更快的速度。 In order to gain a high-precision of the Thermal Conductivity of Poor Conductor and measure it easily and quickly, a virtual measuring system based on LabVIEW is designed after improving the traditional Steady-State method, the sampled data are real-time processed and the result is displayed visually on PC by utilizing the powerful ability of data processing of the PC and the quick program method of LabVIEW, then the hardware of measuring equipment and the operation process are predigested, and the measuring cost is reduced and the automation degree is advanced. When this system is applied to measuring the Thermal Conductivity of an experimental material, it gains higher precision and faster speed than the traditional measuring instruments.
