摘要
在利用激光小角散射对高聚物特性进行研究时,为了能对系统参数进行自动调节和读取,设计了一个基于AT89C55的激光小角散射数字化测量系统;在激光小角散射原理基础上,利用AT89C55并结合上位机软件构建了一个系统参数自动调节和读取的软硬件平台;实现了系统调节、参数读取和测量的自动化,数据存储和管理方便;系统性能可靠,满足了工业应用和科学研究中对激光小角散射系统的自动化要求。
The automatic measuring system of Small Angle Laser Scattering (SALS) is designed in order to achieve automation of system adjustment and parameters acquisition while researching the properties of polymers by SALS. On the basis of the principle of SALS, such platform is put forward by using MCU and software on the upper computer, which realizes the automation of system adjustment, parameters acquisition and measurement. The data is stored and managed conveniently. The reliable system performance meets the requirements of automation for industry and science research.
