摘要
通过对京津高速铁路应用P3e/c软件在项目管理上取得的经验,阐述P3e/c软件在大型高速铁路项目应用的优势以及在项目中遇到的问题和解决方法。应用P3e/c项目管理软件对项目全过程的跟踪管理和前进的技术方法,解决多任务的整体平衡,多参建单位的相互协调和接口,按需提取和分析数据,将进度、成本、质量统筹管理等是本工程与以往工程相比在P3项目管理软件使用上的优势。
On the basis of the practical experiences on application of P3e/c project management software at Beijing to Tianjin high-speed railway project, it was elaborated the advantages, the problems, and the solutions of P3e/c software during the project period. Meanwhile, the research indicated that, the P3e/c could track the project progress, integrated the schedule and resource, and combined with the total-solutions, solved the problems of integration on the complicated tasks, and coordination and interface between project contractors, the data analysis and sorting. The advantage of using P3e/c software was that it integrated management on schedule, cost and quality.
