摘要
应用协同学原理和方法对煤矿安全状况与经济发展的协同特性进行了定性分析,对煤矿安全状况与经济发展从无序到有序的协同发展进行了定量分析研究,建立了煤矿安全与经济协同发展的协调度评价指标体系。采用SPSS统计软件,对我国20个主要产煤省区的区域煤矿安全与经济发展水平的协同发展情况进行了定量计算分析,得到了各个区域煤矿安全状况子系统与经济子系统的有序度以及二者的协同度值。通过分析发现,煤矿安全-经济复合系统协同度不高,主要原因是煤矿安全子系统的序参量的有序度偏低。
The paper takes it as its purpose to introduce a new order degree evaluation index system of coalmine safety and economy established by its authors so as for it to be calculated quantitatively. As is known, China is a country where coalmine accidents take place frequently from time to time, which often results in social disorder and disharmony, even bringing about serious human casualty and material damage. In order to control such coalmine accidents, it is of great urgency to take essential regulation measures to change the situation. With the purpose of promoting the solution of the problem and ensure the eoalmine safety and economy, we have been applying synergetic theory and methods, and carefully made qualitative analysis of the coordinative and cooperative features of coalmine safety production so as to transform the production from chaos into a systematic orderly one by choosing the 20 main provinces of China in coal production as our case study with their order degree of coalmine safety subsystems and economic subsystems obtained. Their cooperation degree is not very high, perhaps because their order degree of coalmine safety subsystems remains low. In resent years, fast economic development has contributed greatly to the poor production safety and security. To be exact, the two subsystems, that is, fast mining production development and the loose production safety control fail to keep in accord with each other. Therefore, our research results can be expected to supply a theoretical reference for policy-makers to plan available measures for the regional coalmining safety and national economy' s harmonic development.
