摘要
用AP-PCR技术测定了中国慈姑属植物基因组DNA的多态性,以其为分子性状用UPGMA方法聚类,结果表明:中国慈姑属植物可分为3大类,包括7种3变种或变型(未包括浮叶慈姑)。本文的结果与基于形态和核型分析的结果一致。
The arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction(APPCR) technique was applied to the analysis of the phylogenetic relationships among species of Chinese Sagittaria except S. natans which is not included in this study. One hundred and twentyseven polymorphism DNA fragments were generated by ten arbitrarily primers and used to calculate the genetic distance. A phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed based on genetic distance by UPGMA method. The results show that Chinese Sagittaria can be divided into three groups, which are composed of seven species and three varieties or forms except S. natans. The three groups are: group Ⅰ,with only one species S. guayanensis; group Ⅱ,composed of S.tengtsungensis,S. wuyiensis, S. lichuanensis and Segittaria sp.; group Ⅲ, S. potamogetifolia, S. pygmaea, S. trifolia var. trifolia, S. trifolia var. sinensis, S. trifolia f. longiloba.Results of the present study are congruent with those based on morphological and karyotypical ones.
