摘要
世界各国通常都对林木采伐进行必要限制。通过对加拿大林业基本情况的简单介绍和森林采伐管理制度的系统分析,总结了依法治林同政策激励结合、理论指导与分类管理对接、重视科研和公众参与互补的加拿大森林采伐管理特点及启示。
Generally, forest logging of every country in the world is limited indispensably. Through brief introduction of basic situation of Canadian forestry and detailed analysis of forest harvesting management system, some management characteristics and implications of Canadian forest harvesting management, such as combination of legal forestry management and policy prompting, integration of theory direction and classification administration, and supplement of scientific research and public participation, were summarized to provide important suggestions and references for modem forestry development and forest tenure reform in China.
