水泥路面蜡制隔离层与稀浆封层隔离层的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目前如何评价贫混凝土基层上隔离层的隔离效果和施工质量国内外尚无标准,对此,结合蜡制养护剂与稀浆封层作隔离层的应用研究,提出现场层间剪切试验、扭力试验、拉拔试验以及现场其他质量控制试验,在此基础上,进一步探讨贫混凝土基层上铺筑水泥混凝土面层时采用蜡制养护剂、稀浆封层等隔离层的室内直道疲劳试验。研究表明,在一定条件下,贫混凝土基层与混凝土面层间喷洒蜡制养护剂完全可以满足面层与基层的隔离要求,采用蜡制隔离层是一种比较经济、技术可行的隔离方法;上述试验方法,既可作为蜡制养护剂作隔离层时材料选择和施工质量控制依据,同时也可作为水泥路面其他隔离层隔离效果评价方法。 There seem no unified criteria to evaluating the effectiveness and construction quality of various bond breaking media atop the plain concrete sub-base. As an attempt to bridge the gap, this study compares the results of applying emulsified wax curing agent as bond breaking media with the results of using emulsified asphalt slurry seal as bond breaking media, via a series of tests, such as field tests for interfacial shear stress and torsion tests, pull-out tests, and other relevant quality control tests, especially fatigue tests on indoor straight road. Results of these tests indicate that the emulsified wax curing agent sprayed between plain concrete sub-base and concrete pavement ftdly meets the requirements for bond breaking media, and using emulsified wax curing agent as bond breaking media is technically feasible as well as relatively economical. Furthermore, the above-mentioned tests can be taken as, on one hand, a basis for material option and construction quality control in the case. of using emulsified wax curing agent as bond breaking media, and on the other hand, as the criteria for evaluation of bond breaking effectiveness when other materials are adopted as bond breaking media.
