摘要
计算机作为信息技术的产物，在当前信息社会已成为不可缺少的重要工具，掌握信息技术已是每个大学毕业生的必修课。本文就目前江苏省计算机等级考试的形势．探讨了高校信息技术的教学改革，提出了在信息技术教学过程中注重计算机文化素质的教育，着力培养学生对计算机科学新思想、新知识、新技术的理解和自学能力，注重实验教学，提高实验教学的比例，真正提高教学质量与等级考试通过率。
As a product of information technology, computer has already become so important tool that mastering information technology is a required course in university education. This paper discusses teaching reform of information technology under the condition of computer grade test in JiangSu province. Some proposals to the computer foundation teaching reform is also put forward such as paying more attention to teaching computer culture and emphasize on bringing up ability of studying new ideas, new knowledge and new technology. Further more, practical teaching is very important so that we need enhancing its proportion in the whole teaching procedure to improve teaching quality and test qualified-rate indeed.
