摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在进展期胃癌中的诊断价值。方法46例经胃镜证实为胃癌的患者在术前4d内均行多层螺旋CT检查。分析其检查结果,并与术后病理结果对照分析。结果MSCT增强扫描对胃周浸润和淋巴结转移诊断准确率分别为100%和71%。结论多层螺旋CT对进展期胃癌及胃周浸润诊断较准确,并对胃癌手术方式的选择和判断预后具有重要意义。
Objective To determine the usefulness of multislice spiral computed tomography （MSCT） in the evaluation of advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Forty-six patients with advanced gastric carcinoma confirmed by gastroscopy underwent MSCT scans within four days before the operation. The CT findings of advanced gastric carcinoma in all the patients were compared with postoperative pathology. Results The accuracy of dynamic contrast-entranced MSCT scans in visualizing perigastric careinous infiltration and local lymph node metastasis was 100% and 71%,respectively. Conclusion MSCT can accurately diagnose advanced gastric carcinoma and its peripheral infiltration so that it is very important for preoperative treatment selection and prognostic estimation.
