摘要
从船台滑道工程的结构形式、工艺流程、施工特点等方面，浅议船台滑道施工监理的工作要点和工作体会，总结经验教训，为今后同类工程的监理提供借鉴。
Abstract The key points and understandings to construction supervision of slipway are briefly discussed from the structural type of slipway project, technological process and construction characteristics, etc.. The experience and lessons are summarized, which provides reference for supervision of the same kind of project.
