The normal anatomy of common carotid artery bifurcation evaluated by multi-slice spiral CT angiography

摘要 目的:探讨MSCTA(多层螺旋CT血管造影)评价颈总动脉分叉(CCAB)解剖价值。方法:回顾性分析2005年~2008年在我院行颈动脉MSCTA、结果正常的50例受检者图像。分别对其进行形态分型、测量CCAB的夹角及分叉高度。结果:CCAB形态中1类4例,占8%;2类26例,占52%;3类20例,占40%。CCBA夹角大多数在300~400之间,占55%;其中右侧占58%,左侧占52%。CCAB的高度78%在同一水平,22%的人不在同一水平,最大相差14mm。结论:应用MSCTA可以准确评价CCAB的解剖,为进一步分析其与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展提供了一种简便易行的技术。 Objective:To estimate the value of MSCTA in the normal anatomy of common carotid artery bifurcation(CCAB).Methods:50 patients the normal carotid MSCTA images were analyzed retrospectively.To classificate the CT manifestations,measuring the angle and height of CCAB.Results:4 cases in type 1(8%),26 cases in type 2(52%),20 cases in type 3(40%),CCAB s angle lay between 30°~40°(55%),which the right side amounting to 58% and the left side amounting to 52%.The bilateral CCAB's height were at the same level in 78% of cases, and 22% cases were not, the maximum difference was 14 mm. Conclusion: MSCTA can clearly demonstrates the normal anatomy of CCAB. It provides a new convenient method to investigate with atherosclerotic pathological change.
