摘要
目的:探讨CTA诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的作用。方法:用CTA检查缺血性脑血管患者,与DSA检查结果相比较。结果:检查动脉共198条,两种检查结果一致的动脉195条,诊断不符合动脉3条:结论:CTA诊断脑缺血性疾病有相当高的准确性和可重复性。充分利用CTA各种分析诊断方法,可完全替代DSA检查。
Objective：To investigate the role of CTA in the diagnosis of cerebral ischemia disease.Methods：Cerebral ischemia patients were examined with CTA,And the results were compared with DSA.Results：All 198 arteries were inspected,Conincidence of results inspected with DSA and CTA in 195 arterys,discrepancy of diagnosis in 3 arterys.Conclusion：In the diagnosis of cerebral ischemia disease,CTA had high accuracy and repeatability.Make the best of various kinds analysis diagnostic methods,the CTA may substitute to the DSA completely.
