摘要
转基因动物技术起始于上个世纪七十年代末，随着生物科学的飞速发展，此技术也得到很大的进步。转基因动物技术在生物医药、农业等领域具有重要的作用。本文就转基因动物技术的发展、方法、应用及面临的问题做一综述。
Transgenic animal technology should be traced back to the late 1970s .Alone with the rapid development of biological science, transgenic animal technology has made a great progress. Transgenic animals plays an important role in biomedical, agriculture and so on. The paper reviews transgenic animal technology on its development, methods, application and problems.
