儿童眼眶容积发育的多层螺旋CT研究 被引量:6

Multi-slice spiral CT evaluation of the orbital development in children

摘要 目的应用多层螺旋CT测量儿童眼眶容积,探讨儿童眼眶容积的发育规律。设计前瞻性研究系列。研究对象400例0~18岁儿童。方法应用多层螺旋CT测量400例儿童双侧眼眶容积。主要指标双侧眼眶容积。结果小于6个月的婴儿眶腔容积为男(12.72±2.98)ml,女(11.34±1.98)ml;16~18岁的眶腔容积为男(22.14±2.25)ml,女(20.35±1.12)ml。两侧眼眶之间容积差异无统计学意义(P=0.56)。眼眶容积9岁以后男性大于女性(P=0.00)。眼眶容积在0~3岁时发育最快,男女眼眶容积分别自(12.72±2.98)ml长至(18.17±1.91)ml、自(11.34±1.98)ml长至(18.01±1.66)ml;3岁时男女眼眶容积分别是18岁时眼眶容积的82.06%、87.64%。4~18岁期间男女眼眶容积平均每年增大0.28 ml、0.17 ml。结论多层螺旋CT能客观准确地测量眼眶容积,确定眼眶容积均数及眼眶生长发育的趋势。 Objective To measure the orbital volume in different age groups with multi-slice spiral CT and to explore the law of development of orbital in normal children. Design Prosepective cases series. Participants 400 normal children aged 0-18 years old. Method Bilateral orbital volume of subjects was measured with multi-slice CT. Main Outcome Measures Bilateral orbital volume. Results The orbital volume difference between the two sides of orbital was not statistically significant in different age groups (P=0.56). The difference of sex was statistically significant in different age groups (P=0.00), the orbital volume of male was larger than of female after 9 years old. The quick development stage of orbital volume was at less than 3 years old, in which the orbital volume grew from 12.72±2.98 ml to 18.17±1.91 ml in male and from 11.34±1.98 ml to 18.01±1.66 ml in female. By the 3 years of age, the orbital volume of both sides reached 82.06% of 18 years old in male and 87.64% of it in female. The orbital volume increased with aging, about 0.28 ml increase per year in male and 0.17 ml in female from 4 to 18 years old. Conclusion The orbital volume can be measured exactly with multi-slice spiral CT and the orbital growth pattern from postnatal to 18 years old can be determined.
