踝关节旋前外旋型骨折的手术治疗 被引量：8

摘要 目的总结治疗踝关节旋前外旋型骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法手术治疗踝关节旋前外旋型骨折21例。按Lauge～Hansen分型:Ⅲ型13例,Ⅳ型8例。结果随访时间7～36个月,平均15个月,按Leeds临床评定标准进行评定:好18例,良2例,差1例,优良率95.24%。结论良好的复位、固定及维持踝穴的稳定是治疗踝关节旋前外旋型骨折,恢复踝关节正常功能的保证。
