摘要
采用提模叠层工艺和立模工艺生产耐水增强石膏陶粒空心隔墙板,在施工应用中为了防止板缝开裂,以JY型无机胶粘结墙板接缝,取得了良好效果。主要介绍耐水增强石膏的物理力学性能,分析板材收缩率、含水率以及胶粘剂对板材接缝开裂的影响、研制的专用胶粘剂的特点和防止接缝开裂的方法。
In order to prevent the cracking of joint between waterproof reinforced gypsum ceramsite partitions during construction, which is produced by new by new lifting of mould board and laminating process and casting process, the good result has been obtained by using JY type of inorganic cement to adhere the joint between partitions. This paper mainly introduces the physical and mechanical properties of waterproof gypsum partition, and analyzes the influence of shrinkage, water content of partition and cementitious agent to the joint cracking. The mechanical property of the special cementitious agent developed and prevention method for joint cracking have also been presented.
