摘要
目的:探讨肾嗜酸细胞腺癌的CT表现特征,提高诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析9例经手术病理证实的肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现。结果:CT表现为密度均匀的肿块,包膜完整,增强后可见强化,部分病灶中心可见星状斑痕。结论:肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤缺乏症状体征特点,诊断较困难。如发现肾肿瘤体积较大,边界清晰,无转移征象,尤其当肿瘤中心可见星状瘢痕时要想到本病的可能。
Objective：To discuss the CT manifestations and improve the diagnosis of renal oncocytoma. Methods：CT features of 9 pathological proved renal oncocytoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results： On CT scan the tumor had a lucent rim and was homogenous attenuation and enhanced after injection of contrast agent. Some of them had margined stellate areas in the central of the tumor, Conclusion： Renal oncocytoma has no specific clinical feature and the diagnosis is difficult, It should be allowed for renal oncocytoma when the tumor is big and bouncary is clear and without metastasis, especially it has a margined stellate area in center.
