摘要
对GM管实验中的外回落电路RC盒易出现饱和问题进行了分析并加以改进;通过对三路定标器原理的研究,利用现代的集成电路芯片与CPLD技术,设计并实现了一款2插宽标准核仪器插件(nuclear instrument model,简称NIM标准)的三路定标器。
The instruments used in radiation and detection laboratory belong to the NIM (nuclear instrument model) type. Some kinds of models are very useful in experimental teaching, but are expensive or not available, which push us to design and improve these aging ones with problems. For example, the output of the RC box is prone to saturate. To solve the problem, the RC circuit, and the tri-channel with CPLD technique were designed.
