摘要
目前城市居住区规划设计研究偏重于物质形态角度，对规划设计特色研究较少，因此从实用、经济、社会及文化等不同角度论述了营造居住区特色的必要性，阐述了区位、空间、环境和成本四个构成居住区设计特色的基本要素，提出了以生活理念营造居住区规划设计特色的新观念．
he present studies about the residential district planning design lay particular stress on material formation at the expense of the study of planning design. Based on this the necessity of constructing the characteristics of the residential district is discussed from the angle of practical, economic, social and cultural. The key elements for constructing the characteristics of the residential district are expounded and a new concept which taking rationality of life to construct the characteristics of the residential district planning desigh is put forward.
