摘要
目的利用放射性核素引导检测结肠癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)。方法术前利用放射性核素引导、术中利用γ探针和快速冰冻切片分别检测结肠癌SLN。结果136例患者利用放射性核素引导检测出126例患者有SLN,并经过快速冰冻切片证实;γ探针在术中仅检测出118例SLN。结论放射性核素引导检测术前结肠癌SLN是一种有效方法。
