摘要
独山子新建6号锅炉项目(220 t/h煤粉炉),烟气除尘首次采用了低压脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器。该除尘器于2006年10月14日投入使用,经过近一年的连续运行,各项运行指标基本稳定,除尘效率达到99.5%以上。对除尘设备的选型、结构及性能特点、调试、维护等情况进行简要介绍。
Low pressure pulse cleaning bag filter was first applied for flue gas dust removal in the No.6 coal-fired boiler project(220t/h) of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.The bag filter was put into use on Oct.14,2006.After one year's continuous operation, the operation was basically table and the dust removal efficiency was above 99.5%.This article briefly introduces the type selection,structure and performance characteristics,commissioning and maintenance of the bag filter.
