摘要
石油勘探、钻井作业过程中职业病危害因素呈现种类多,情况复杂的特点,严重损害作业人员的身体健康。尤其是噪声危害已成为危害钻井工人身心健康的一大杀手。提高对噪声污染危害的认识,强化噪声污染的防护意识,建立、完善职业健康安全管理体系,采取一切可能的措施,为职工创造良好的健康安全工作环境,最大限度地防止和降低噪声对作业人员身心健康造成的伤害,才能促进企业的可持续发展。
Petroleum and petrochemical industry is an industry with high risk and high input.Occupational hazard factors in oil exploration and drilling operation are characterized by wide variety and high complexity, bringing severe damage to the health of operators. Noise hazard has become a great killer that endangers the physical and mental health of drilling workers. However,people are not fully aware of the severity of noise hazard.Due to weak consciousness of noise hazard protection,employees working in noisy environment didn't strictly carry out the protective measures. Staff at all levels in the enterprise should improve their understanding of noise hazard and strengthen the consciousness of noise pollution protection to establish and perfect the occupational health and safety management system.
