摘要
本文分析了阜阳市水资源开发存在的问题，指出由于过量开采深层地下水导致了大面积的地面沉降。在概述了该市及周围的水资源条件的基础上，提出了开发利用水资源的对策。
Problems existing in water resource exploitation of Fuyang city are analyzed herein.It is pointed out that overexploitation of deep groundwater induced ground settlement of large area.Based on the description of water resource state in that city and around its vicinity countermeasure for water resource exploition is proposed.
