摘要
分析了中密度纤维板试件检测时,所用万向节数量及试件与卡头胶结后的存放时间,对表面结合强度测试结果的影响。结果表明:使用2个万向节检测的表面结合强度测试值,比用1个和不用的影响要大;试件与卡头胶结后,随着存放时间的延长,表面结合强度先增大,且在1 h时达到最大值,然后逐渐减小,最后趋于恒定。
The authors investigated the effects of universal joint and specimen storage time after bonding with the universal joints on surface bond strength of medium density fiberboard (MDF). The results showed that the specimen exhibited higher surface bond strength when two universal joints were used compared to none or one universal joint was used. As the storage time was extended from 0 to 6 hours, the surface bond strength first increased, reached the maximum value at 1 hour, and then decreased to become stable.
