摘要
以国产兴安落叶松规格材为例,根据美国标准ASTM D4761-96对规格材进行抗弯弹性模量和抗弯强度测试,并参照ASTM D1990-97,利用非参数法和参数法估计,初步得出兴安落叶松规格材抗弯弹性模量和抗弯强度特征值。为完善我国结构用规格材强度测试方法与强度特征值确定方法标准提供参考。
The flexural properties of Chinese larch (Larix gmelini) dimension lumber (40 mm× 65 mm×4 000 mm, 40 min×90 mm×4 000 mm and 40 mm×140 mm×4 000 mm, Ⅰ c and Ⅲc) were tested according to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D4761-96 standard. The characteristic values for Modulus of elasticity (MOE) and modulus of rupture (MOR) were evaluated using both nonparametric and parametric statistical analyses. The preliminary results provide a reference for improving the existing Chinese structural dimension lumber testing and characteristic value evaluation system. The goal of this study was to improve the existing Chinese testing and evaluation system of dimension lumber.
