摘要
应用COMI炼钢工艺控制转炉烟尘实验研究表明,随着CO2喷吹比例的增加,烟尘及铁损量持续降低。转炉烟尘现场采集检测试验研究表明,转炉冶炼过程中烟尘量总体趋势不断降低,TFe含量波动较大。结合上述研究,提出应用COMI炼钢工艺分时段控制烟尘产生,为COMI炼钢工艺的工业实施提供了参考。
By applying COMI converter steel-making process control dust, the results show that increasing the proportion of CO2 injection, converter dust and amount of iron loss are continued to decrease. And the research on converter dust collected on-site test showed that the overall amount of converter dust are continued to trend lower in the process, TFe content had the larger fluctuation. Combination of the above-mentioned study, it is proposed that application of COMI steel-making process to control the generation of converter dust is divided-period, which provides a reference for the industry implementation of the COMI steel-making process.
