基于催化作用程度的焦炭灰组成催化指数模型研究 被引量:9

Modeling Research of Mineral Catalysis Index for Coke Reactivity Upon the Degree of Catalysis

摘要 通过主焦煤和生产配合煤脱除部分矿物质以及分别添加不同矿物质后的碳化试验,研究了Na2O、CaO、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3、BaO、Fe2O3等主要矿物质对焦炭热反应性的催化作用行为,依据其催化作用程度导出新的矿物质催化指数模型,并对比验证了几种催化指数模型对高炉焦质量预测的适应性。 The carbonization was tested by derninerization of coking coal and produced blended coal and adding different minerals (oxides) into coal respectively. The catalysis behavior of main mineral components, such as Na2O, CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3,et al,on reactivity of coke was studied. The new mathematic model of mineral-catalysisindex upon the degree of catalysis was deduced. Several catalysis index models were compared and the adaptability on prediction quality of metallurgic coke was also validated.
