肢体巨大良性肿瘤21例的诊断与治疗

摘要 目的:探讨四肢巨大良性软组织肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析2004年8月～2009年3月21例四肢巨大软组织肿瘤的诊断和治疗方法,其中男13例,女8例。探讨合理的术前辅助检查和病理学检查,设计灵活有效的手术方式,并总结不同类型肿瘤的基本手术方式。结果:所有病例无院内死亡,无大出血致休克等危重病情,无血管损伤致肢体血运障碍,无神经损伤致功能障碍,恢复了患者的正常工作和生活。结论:肢体的巨大肿瘤常造成解剖结构的移位,术前应根据辅助检查的结果,选择合适的手术径路,术中根据肿瘤的特性,选择合适的治疗方案。
